The realization of the public expenditure on the local self - government level in 2008

The total amount of realized revenues of the municipalities budget (21) in 2008, amounted 347,8 mil. (average monthly amount was 29 mil. ), which compared to 2007, (305,3 mil. ), represents the increase of 13,92%. Out of the total revenues, the amount of the current revenues is 170,3 million (local revenues, assigned revenues, the Equalization fund revenues and conditional donations), and the rest is 261,5 million (revenues from sales of property, donations, credit funds, borrowings, funds transferred from the previous years, subsidies of the budget users) 86,3 million . In the overall revenue structure, the share of the local revenues is 57,74% (local taxes, fees and other local revenues), the share of the assigned revenues from the central level is 10,83% (income tax, real estate tax, concession and other fees for the use of natural resources and the annual fee for the registration of passengers cars, tractors and units), the share of the Equalization fund funds is 6,11 %, where 0,52 % represent conditional donations and other revenues participate with 24,80 %.
