Nemanja Pavličić - Deputy Minister for Budget

Nemanja Pavličić was born on 17th June 1973, in Kotor, where he finished elementary school and Gymnasium. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics in 1999, Belgrade, course internal and external trade. He obtained a Master’s Degree in 2001, on the Faculty of Economics in London in the human resources management area.

In the period 1996 -1997, he worked as a merchandiser in the export – import Company Azur Trade in Belgrade. In the period 1997-2003 he was engaged in a Company Pemed Group, London, in Moscow. In the period 2003 – 2006, he served as an Advisor to the Minister for International Financial Institutions and the European Union Accession in the Minister’s Cabinet for International Economic Relations of the Former State Union of Serbia and Montenegro. From 2006 – 2009 he served as a Head of the Division for Debt and Cash Management and Relations with Abroad in the Ministry of Finance of Montenegro. In August 2009, he was appointed Assistant Minister for Budget in the Ministry of Finance of Montenegro.

He is fluent in English and Russian language.

He is married to Natalija, and has sons Strahinja and Mihailo.
