Nina Vukotić was born on 11th May 1985, in Podgorica, where she finished elementary and high school. She graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Bari (Italy) Università della Repubblica Italiana (University of the Republic of Italy) and she is currently attending Master studies “Entrepreneurial Economy”, at the University Donja Gorica.

In January 2009, she commenced her working engagement in the Ministry of Finance, as an independent advisor for the EU integration area, in the Sector for International Economic Cooperation, Structural Reforms and Business Environment Improvement. From December 2010 to March 2011, she served as an independent advisor in the Cabinet of the Finance Minister, and from March she serves as a head of the cabinet.

She took part in several capacity building conferences and study visits for European integration and structural reforms area held in Rome, Vienna, Zagreb, Washington, and Luxembourg.

She is fluent in the Italian and the English language.
